FAQs
For the safety of all our guests, we require proof of vaccination for Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella. We also highly recommend the Canine Influenza vaccination.
Our playgroups are separated by size and temperament.
When booking a boarding reservation, a deposit equal to one night of boarding is required to hold your pet’s spot. This deposit will be applied toward your pet’s stay.
- If your plans change, cancel more than 48 hours before your reservation starts for a full refund of your deposit.
- Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
Every boarding stay includes mealtimes, supervised group play, fresh water, and a cozy sleeping area with a mat and blanket.
Because every dog has different personalities, energy levels, and preferences, we also offer optional boarding bundle upgrades for an additional fee that allow you to personalize your pet’s stay with extra activities, enrichment, and one-on-one experiences tailored to what they enjoy most.
Our evaluation is a slow introduction to our playgroup. The new pup is brought to our yard, and we bring out our older, more docile pups one by one to gauge the reaction. This is designed to be a slow, calm introduction to the group setting.
We do recommend you bring your own food so that your pet is on a diet that they are used to and a sudden change in food does not upset their stomach. If you are unable to provide your own food, we do offer house food with an additional fee.
Yes, we do implement peak pricing during holidays and high-demand periods. For specific dates and pricing, please contact us directly and our team will be happy to walk you through the details.
Holidays fill up fast! We recommend booking as early as possible – ideally 3-5 weeks in advance for holiday periods. Contact our team to check availability and lock in your pet’s holiday visit.
