Cameras

The entire facility, inside and out, is covered by cameras for the safety and security of your pets, and we invite you to watch them play throughout the day! Our public access cameras cover all of the following areas:

• Play Yard 1
• Play Yard 2
• Play Yard 3
• Indoor Play - Main Area
• Indoor Play - Upstairs

Warning: Some pet parents have admitted that they don't get much work done anymore because they're busy watching their pups play all day :)

You can find the app for the camera system in the Google Play Store or Apple App Store by searching for "iVMS-4500". We will provide an instructional sheet along with a username and password for accessing the cameras when you check in.

We have found there is a significantly higher success rate using the app versus logging in through a web browser. If you received the instructional sheet and are having issues with your browser, we highly recommend using the app if you can.

If the cameras are not working please let us know. However, we are unfortunately at the mercy of the hardware and software that run the cameras, over which we have no control. So please bear with us if there is ever an issue.

NOTE: For the safety of our employees, and your pets, we cannot allow public access viewing of the entire facility. We appreciate your understanding.
