Exit baths and nail trims are optional add-ons for boarding and daycare, but your pup doesn't have to come play in order to have a spa day! We offer Bath & Blow Dry service, as well as nail trims, that can be scheduled Monday through Friday. Pamper your pooch today!
Requirements
What is required for spa services?
- Vaccinations: We require all dogs who enter our facility (daycare, boarding, or grooming) to have proof that they are up-to-date on their Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella vaccines (Bordetella must have been given at least 3 days prior).
- Please review all terms in our Pet Care Agreement, which you will be required to digitally sign when you register.
- All dogs must arrive collared, clean, healthy, and flea-free.
- No-shows, cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment time, or being more than 20 minutes late for an appointment will result in a fee charged to the primary credit card on file. The fee will be equal to 50% of the price of the scheduled service for the first incident, and 75% for the second incident. After two incidents, a non-refundable 100% prepayment will be required when booking any future spa services.
- Appointments are generally a half hour for small/medium dogs and one hour for large/XL/thick-coated dogs. We will notify you when services are completed, and dogs should be picked up promptly after. If dogs are not picked up within 90 minutes of notification, a daycare charge may be added.
